Meet Our Team

Prudence Ngoako is the founder member and managing director of MRD. She completed her Masters in Industrial Psychology from Wits University in 1999. She is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa as a Psychologist in the category of Independent Practice (Industrial Psychology).  Prudence has worked for various organisations including Phumelela Gaming & Leisure and the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research as a Human Resources practitioner/Manager and Progressus Research and Development as Researcher. She has experience in the fields of research and human resources both in the private and public sector.

Mosidi Pule is a registered Psychometrist and obtained her Bachelor of Commerce and Honours degree in Industrial an Organisational Psychology at the University of South Africa. She began her career at BIOSS SA as an Intern Psychometrist in 2011. She worked at DCD Ringrollers as Training and Development Officer she has an experience in skills development, including submission of Work Skills Plan and Annual Training Reports. She joined Mogoma in 2015 and is involved in psycho legal and psychometric assessments

Andrea Wynbergen is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. She completed a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at the University of Pretoria in 2014. She began her career in 2009 at Careerworx working as a Consultant on medico-legal reports, thereafter she worked for a Consultancy as an Assessment Consultant to an international mining company. In 2014 she started her Internship with a paper and tissue manufacturing company. She has extensive experience with performance management measures, employee satisfaction surveys, organisational development and training, as well as with psychometric assessments for selection, recruitment and development. She joined the Mogoma team in 2016.

Shuaib Jeewa is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. Shuaib completed his Masters in Industrial Psychology at the University of Johannesburg in 2014 and began his internship with the Military Psychological Institute in 2015. Having completed his internship, he joined Mogoma in 2016 and has a keen interest in organizational development, medico-legal assessments and business development.

Akhona Dukuza is a qualified Business Development Specialist. She comes with more than twelve years working experience in office support, customer service, sales and business development. She began her career at the Road Accident Fund in 2003 and has worked as Business Development Specialist for five years.Her expertise include marketing, client retention and client relationship management. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences and Social Services in Applied Psychology for Professional Context at the University of South Africa. Her academic background contributes in ensuring that we offer our clients technically informed customer service.

Zukiswa Ntsokontsoko is our Administration Officer, she has obtained a National Diploma in Financial Accounting at Gauteng Schools of Management Training Centre. She began her career at Vodacom as a Call Centre agent in 2007. She has experience in admin and receptionist work, as she did some in–service training in small companies outsourcing for Umsobomvu youth fund. She joined the Mogoma team in 2009, her expertise includes client orientation, preparing invoices, receipts and monitoring petty cash and customer statements, daily company appointments and bookings, manage customer accounts, data capturing, translating and debt collection. Her duties also include the daily management of the office.

Busisiwe Nene is a general assistant who joined MRD in 2012. She assists with administration work, operating the switchboard as well booking appointments
