For years, We are a Female Black owned organization that was founded in 2005, our strength is our solid association and partnerships with other organizations. We draw experience from our association with these Companies and thus have sufficient resources to carry out various projects. Over the years, our assessments have been used for recruitment and placement, succession planning and development by various companies including South African Nursing Council, South African Tourism, Financial Sector Conduct Authority, Old Mutual, National Prosecuting Authority, South African Reserve Bank, Creditworx and more.
The founder and director of MRD has extensive experience in the areas of human resources development, psychological assessments, research, monitoring and evaluation and capacity building. In the past fifteen years, MRD has led and participated in a number of human resources, organizational development and social development projects and has been involved in various collaborative work with local, provincial and national government departments, private sector, non-governmental organizations and community based organizations. The main business concept of MRD is to provide our clients, their organisations, employees, learners and candidates with integrated assessment and developmental solutions throughout the working lifecycle.
To ensure a holistic approach to service delivery, MRD has teams of multi-disciplinary consultants in order to meet the challenges in the market and maintain a competitive edge. We employ a small team of professionals on a full time basis. In addition to this, we have associates nationally that we collaborate with, usually on a project by project basis. We have a diverse group of more than 20 independent consultants/consulting companies we have worked with over the years
Meet Our Team
Prudence Ngoako
Prudence Ngoako is the founder and managing director of MRD. Prudence completed her Masters in Industrial Psychology from Wits University. She is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa as an Industrial Psychologist, registration no PS 0092045. She is also a member of the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology of South Africa (SIOPSA). Prudence has worked for various organizations including Phumelela Gaming & Leisure and Council for Scientific and Industrial Research as a Human Resources Manager, as well as a Researcher at Progressus Research and Development. She has experience in competency assessments spanning over 15 years as well as in various fields of human resources and research, such as human resources strategy development, Project management, HIV/AIDS policy and programme development, Planning and implementation of job evaluation, grading and structuring etc.
Mosidi Pule
Mosidi Pule is a registered Psychometrist. She obtained her Bachelor of Commerce and Honours degree in Industrial an Organisational Psychology at the University of South Africa. She began her career at BIOSS SA as an Intern Psychometrist in 2011. She then worked at DCD Ringrollers as a Training and Development Officer before joining Mogoma in 2015 as an Assessment Specialist. Mosidi has extensive experience in competency assessments, skills development, including submission of Work Skills Plan and Annual Training Reports and medico-legal assessments.
Busi Nene
Busi Nene is an office manager, she maintains office services by overseeing office operations and procedures. She designs filling systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions. She coordinates resources and determines the solutions for effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Samuel Mphephuka
Samuel Mphephuka is registered as a Psychometrist and Industrial and Organisational Psychologist. Samuel is a work-stream leader within the area of recruitment, Leadership Assessments, competency-based assessments (psychometric), role profiling & job descriptions, climate survey studies, employee wellness, organizational development and performance management. He also worked in a medico legal space since 2015 to date writing loss of earnings report, medical negligence and loss of support. He has over nine (9) years consulting experience.
Nomfundo Dlamini
Nomfundo Dlamini is a registered Psychometrist. She obtained her Honour’s degree in Industrial
Psychology at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2016. Nomfundo joined MRD in 2015 providing support to psychologist and psychometrist in the firm. Her role includes scoring and administering assessments for Junior level positions and she is also a supporting psychometrist assisting senior staff with coordinating and arranging assessments.
Ziyanda Pinyana
Ziyanda Pinyana is registered Psychometrist. She obtained her B.A Honours Psychology degree at Nelson Mandela University and further focused on psychological assessments and research. She over 8 years of experience involving the psychological assessment adaptation, research interviews transcription, research and development, report writing, psychological assessments for scholastic screening, development and recruitment purposes in different settings ranging from educational, corporate and mining sectors.
