Development centres are important for organisations and their employees as they provide a platform for employees to be objectively assessed in order to determine their areas of strengths and developmental areas. Our development centres use a combination of assessment tools to determine candidates’ areas of strengths and development. These tools are chosen according to clients’ needs and always agreed with the client beforehand. Candidates who are assessed at our development centres receive a report that includes a summary of their assessment results and a suggested development plan to address areas identified for development.
