Psychometric Assessments

The use of psychometric tools provides great value to organisations that have a need to measure constructs such as cognitive abilities, personality and learning potential of their employees or potential employees. Psychometric assessments can be used by organisations for various purposes including: selection of staff, development programmes, e.g. leadership development, allocating bursaries or learnerships / graduate programs and career guidance. The choice of an appropriate battery depends only on the purpose for which assessments are to be conducted and the competencies that are to be measured. In addition to the above we also offer work based simulation exercises and role-plays.

Medico Legal Assessments and Reports

Medico-legal reports are evaluations written by medical professionals and used in legal cases when medical knowledge is needed. They are often required when you claim for personal injury or medical negligence. We work with legal attorneys in conducting assessments on a person’s health and psychological wellbeing in relation to a legal case.
